For over a decade, I’ve been teaching yoga and exploring what it means to feel truly at home in your body.

My relationship with movement has always been bigger than the physical practice. Yoga taught me to pay attention—to breath, sensation, energy, and the subtle ways we move through the world. Over the years, that curiosity has expanded beyond the mat and into strength training, outdoor adventure, coaching, wellness, and a deeper understanding of the nervous system.

And eventually, it led me back to the most fundamental form of movement we have: the breath.

As a breathwork facilitator, I blend my experience as a yoga teacher and movement practitioner with breath-centered practices that create space for activation, regulation, stillness, clarity, and connection. I’m fascinated by the intersection of science and the more intangible parts of being human—the physiology we can understand and the energy we can feel.

My approach is grounded, welcoming, and experiential. I’m not here to tell you how you should feel or what your practice should look like. I’m here to create space for you to listen, explore, and build a deeper relationship with yourself.

Because I believe feeling well isn’t about finding the perfect routine or becoming a better version of yourself. It’s about developing the capacity to meet yourself—exactly as you are—and move from there.
